Ingredients
  • 15 ounce Canned chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley.
  5. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
