Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and then boil them until tender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Cook for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add boiled chickpeas and water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add garam masala and fresh dill. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
