Ingredients
  • 2 can Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add chickpeas and coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add garam masala and lemon juice. Stir well.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
