Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, olive oil, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
