Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • for garnish chopped Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden brown.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the boiled chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
