Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add asparagus and corn kernels, sauté for 5 minutes until asparagus is tender.
  3. Add chickpeas, salt, and black pepper, sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
