  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 large Mango
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 juice of Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  2. Peel and dice the mango, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Chop the cilantro.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, mango, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
