Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 2 medium-sized Potato
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • as needed for frying Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
  2. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sautéed onion and garlic, okara, breadcrumbs, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the potato balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
