Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and almonds.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and peanut butter over low heat until melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and almonds, and mix well to combine.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries, mini chocolate chips, and salt.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the dish for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars and enjoy!
