Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and press it down firmly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
