Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 leaf Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 ounce Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
  4. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese on top of each cherry tomato half.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomato bites.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve immediately.
