Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chayote squash
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the chayote squash. Remove the seeds.
  2. Slice the red bell pepper and mince the ginger and garlic.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add the chayote squash and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
