Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cornichons
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is charred and tender.
  5. Meanwhile, chop the cornichons and fresh parsley.
  6. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped cornichons, fresh parsley, and lemon zest.
