Ingredients
  • 200 gram Paneer
  • 250 gram Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 50 gram Pistachios
  • 1 sheet Silver leaf
Instructions
  1. In a large pan, boil the water and sugar together to make a syrup.
  2. In a separate pan, crumble the paneer and cook it on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rose water and cardamom powder to the paneer and mix well.
  4. Shape the paneer mixture into small cylindrical shapes.
  5. Gently drop the paneer cylinders into the sugar syrup and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 1 hour.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and silver leaf.
  8. Serve chilled.
