  • 3 cup Oats
  • 2 cup Rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Dried fruits (e.g., cranberries, raisins)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats and rice cereal.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.
  3. Pour the almond butter mixture over the oats and rice cereal. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add dried fruits, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate chips. Mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
