Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Marigold petals
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, blend the marigold petals, garlic, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish and pour the marigold sauce over it.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
