Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 cup juice Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vegetable broth, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the lemon sauce mixture into the skillet with garlic.
  7. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet and toss to coat it with the lemon sauce.
  9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
