Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes until tender.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add fresh cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan and toss to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
