Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
