Cut the cauliflower into florets and rinse them.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower florets until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.

In the same pan, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add fried cauliflower florets and mix everything together.

Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
