  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add fried cauliflower florets and mix everything together.
  7. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
