Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, starting from the center of the cauliflower head.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.
  5. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
