Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
