Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
  3. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
