  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 150 gram Cucumber
  • 100 gram Red Onion
  • 30 gram Fresh Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Boil the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Drain and let it cool.
