Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Chop the cauliflower into florets and peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Boil the cauliflower, potatoes, and garlic cloves in a large pot of salted water until tender.
  3. Drain the cauliflower, potatoes, and garlic and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the butter, almond milk, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve the cauliflower mashed potatoes garnished with chives.
