Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 25 gram Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 piece Green chilies
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 stalk Spring onions
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and blanch them in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  4. Dip the blanched cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  5. In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté ginger, garlic, and spring onions.
  6. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar. Mix well.
  7. Add the fried cauliflower florets and toss until they are coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
