Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • as needed for garnish Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
