Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat them with the spice mixture.
  5. Pour coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
