Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
