Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  3. In a small skillet, toast the caraway seeds over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Using a blender or immersion blender, puree the soup until smooth and creamy.
  5. Stir in the toasted caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Allow the soup to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
