Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 300 gram Potato
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add cauliflower and potato. Stir to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
