Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and green peas. Stir to coat them with the spice mixture.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
