Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Grate or julienne the carrots.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, water, and salt.
  3. Pour the tahini dressing over the carrots and toss to combine.
  4. Let the carrots marinate in the dressing for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
