  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, horseradish, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots in the glaze until well coated.
  5. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, or until tender.
