  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
