Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 10 gram Cilantro leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add red chili flakes and stir for a few seconds.
  4. Add sliced carrots and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice, honey, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes until the carrots are tender.
  7. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
