Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the carrots to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the orange juice mixture over the carrots in the skillet.
  8. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
