  • 400 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 150 gram Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 20 gram Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots and cabbage.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, cabbage, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the slaw rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
