Ingredients
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 4 ounce Mixed Nuts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 piece Burger Buns
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Pickles
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, cooked rice, mixed nuts, chopped onion, chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, flaxseed meal, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Toast the burger buns.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, pickle slice, and a carrot rice nut patty on each bun.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
