Ingredients
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Radishes
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Grate them using a grater.
  2. Wash and trim the radishes. Slice them thinly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, sliced radishes, and fresh parsley.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the carrot and radish mixture. Toss well to coat.
  6. Cover the bowl and let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
