Ingredients
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 2 unit Avocado
  • 50 gram Mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots into a large bowl.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
