  • 2 teaspoon Carob Powder
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the carob powder, whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
