Ingredients
  • 2 avocado Ripe avocados
  • 1/4 onion Red onion
  • 1 tomato Tomato
  • 1 lime Fresh lime juice
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 pepper Scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with a fork until desired consistency.
  3. Finely chop red onion, tomato, cilantro, scotch bonnet pepper, and garlic clove.
  4. Add chopped vegetables, lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl with mashed avocados.
  5. Mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, salads, or sandwiches.
