  • 2 pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
