  • 4 medium-sized Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sherries
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Slice the onions thinly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to caramelize.
  4. Add the sherries, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar to the skillet.
  5. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, until the onions are caramelized and soft.
