  • 2 medium sized Red onions
  • 4 medium sized Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sliced Baguette
  • 4 for garnish Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Slice the red onions and tomatoes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
