  • 1 pound Pearl Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel the pearl onions and cut off the root end.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the pearl onions and cook until they start to brown, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
