Ingredients
  • 300 gram Onions
  • 200 gram Bell Peppers
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 10 gram Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds crackle, add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add bell peppers and cook for a few minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the peppers are tender. Add lemon juice and mix. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
