Ingredients
  • 250 gram Okra
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add okra and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut, mint leaves, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the flavors blend.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
