Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 60 milliliter Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Increase the heat to high and cook the sugar syrup until it turns golden brown.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly pour the caramelized sugar over the nuts, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, break apart any clumps and serve.
